Nurture My Light, LLC provides professional life coaching services designed to help clients identify goals, create action plans, and achieve desired outcomes.

Nature of Coaching: You acknowledge that life coaching is not a substitute for therapy, professional counseling, medical advice, or legal consultation. The Coach is not a licensed therapist, doctor, or financial/legal advisor.

Client Responsibility: You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and your use of the Services.

3. Payment and Fees

Pricing: All fees for Services are clearly stated on the Site or communicated directly to the client prior to booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Payment: All payments must be made in advance of the session or program, as specified in the service agreement.

Refunds and Cancellations: [Crucial: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee. No-shows are charged the full session fee. All program sales are final. Refunds will only be considered within 7 days of purchase and only if no more than one session has been completed. Month to month programs can be cancelled at any time, without further charges, and refunds for remaining sessions within the month already paid may be considered on a case by case basis.

We will not share any personal or business information shared during coaching sessions without your express permission, except as required by law (e.g., if there is a threat of harm to yourself or others).

Our Materials: The content, materials, documents, and recordings provided to you as part of the Services are the sole property of Nurture My Light, LLC and are protected by copyright.

Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the Site content or coaching materials without the prior written consent of Nurture My Light, LLC.
